What data we process
- Contact data — if you write to us via email or WhatsApp, we process the data you voluntarily provide (name, email, phone number, message content) solely to reply to your inquiry and manage any business relationship.
- Browsing statistics — only if you consent via the banner, we use Google Analytics 4 for aggregate visit statistics (page views, city-level location, device type). IP addresses are anonymized.
Cookies and similar technologies
- Your consent choice is stored in your browser (localStorage, key
pullix-consent) so we don't ask on every visit. - Google Analytics cookies (
_gaand similar) are set only after your consent. If you decline, no tracking cookies are set.
Legal basis and retention
We process contact data to respond to your requests (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f GDPR) and keep it for as long as necessary to handle them. Statistics are based on your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and are retained by Google Analytics for up to 14 months.
Data recipients
- Google Ireland Ltd — Google Analytics 4 (statistics, with consent). Google privacy policy

Your rights
Under articles 15-22 GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, object, and request portability. To exercise these rights, write to info@pullix.fit. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw your consent to statistics at any time: the banner will be shown again on your next visit.
